In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, with customers feeling uneasy about having guests in their home, Window World needed a virtual solution to provide product consultations remotely. We worked with franchisees to create a virtual consultation strategy and, with the Window World of Raleigh team, created an explainer video to help customers feel comfortable with the process.
